The thing is, being practical, how do we do that – what are the small, practical steps we can take to stop feeling stressed, fixed and frozen in the face of change, and start making more progress in our lives?
This means we need to do some 'work', and most people find it difficult if not impossible to do this 'work' on their own. It's almost impossible to lean in, live more fully in the moment, let go of our baggage, embrace change and challenge, stop being fixed and frozen, stop fearing failure without help and guidance
