One step at a time!

A lot of us are feeling stuck right now, struggling to take a step forwards 

With so much that is unsettling and changing in our world today, having a familiar routine, a path to step along, even if it’s just for a tiny portion of our day, can be the super useful step we can all take to keep us healthy and feeling strong in both mind and body 

This is because taking small steps forwards on a path can give us the positive feeling that we are in control and making progress in our lives, despite being surrounded by chaos 

So, what sort of familiar routine really makes the biggest difference?  

A lot of us know that incorporating some form of movement (exercise) and some form of meditation can often really help. The third practice which experts often recommend is a regular mind-set practice 

Sound a bit unusual? 

Well, recent research from Harvard now confirms what the Ancient Greeks already knew – the mind-set practice of self-reflection is a real game-changer 

Purposeful self-reflection is the Progressfull™ mind-set practice which we are famous for amongst our followers and clients, and is how we make our minds a great place to be, despite all the change in the world around us 

OK, but I don’t have any time and I hate naval gazing - so how do I actually do this in practice? 

We agree, we don’t have a lot of time either, and we think one of the reasons a lot of people feel stuck is because they are spending too much time naval gazing and not enough time taking action to learn and grow

So at Progressfull™ - as those of you who have experienced our Mental muscles Upskill will already know - we believe in the power of ‘taking 10 minutes’ to refresh and recharge, to move, to breathe, to rest, and do 10 minutes of regular purposeful self-reflection, to make our minds a great place to be

Is to realise that we want to create change in our life – when we say change, we mean significant change, for example going from feeling wonky and out of control of our life, to feeling like we are living our life on our own terms, no matter what life throws at us, feeling that life is working for us, not against us
 

The second step ... 

Is to experience our transforming 5 Progressfull™ Principle Upskills (our name for a course/masterclass). The 5 Progressfull™ Principles define our 'true north' our personal compass and give us a real sense of 'where we are heading'
