How often do you lie through your teeth, claiming that you enjoy change because you know, being adaptable and agile is the big thing, right?
Yet in truth, change fills you with dread, secretly you fear you won’t cope, it won’t be as good as it was and all the dreams and plans you have worked so hard for, will all come to nothing. Going back to the question, 'change do you love it or loath it?', you're on the loath it side
Most of us like certainty, we like a plan, knowing where and when we will get our morning coffee, what the home screen of our favourite social media app looks like, when the bin men will take the rubbish away, who we will spend holidays with, what is expected of us, by when, and how we will deliver it - at home, at work in our whole life. Knowing these things fills us with confidence, and helps us feel in control, helps us feel like we have a chance of winning in life
The thing is, a lot of us are feeling frazzled and fraught right now, and to add to the pressure - we also know that being adaptable to all this change is the only way to survive and thrive
Recent events demonstrate how hard it is to confidently make plans, when the ground beneath our feet is constantly shifting. From the major concerns about humanitarian and natural disasters, to everyday concerns of working from home, changes in technology, hybrid working, back in the office - masks on, masks off, masks back on again - our own health and financial wellbeing, offices shutting, people resigning, new people starting…
Knowing how to react when change surrounds us, at work, at home, in our whole life – is a fundamental skill in life – yet very few of us are truly adaptable when it comes to change

Even the highest performers don’t have a way to ensure they are successful amongst all this change – so we decided to share the mind-sets, structures, and tools to support everyone become successful when faced with change
To help cut through the noise, Progressfull have created a Progresslift (our name for a course chapter) called 'Managing the stages and emotions during the ride' where we share content and activities so you can decide where you want to focus your energy to achieve success when facing change
We share the content and activities and how you can adopt and apply them at work, at home, in your whole life - in our Change Upskill (our world for a course/masterclass)
If you would like to discover why change is so tough, how you can reap the rewards of change, and enjoy the emotional rollercoaster ride every change involves, doing so with openness, mental strength, and confidence – this Upskill teaches you how
